Aleena Invali - Design Update, New Character Eerika!

Todays update is a small character update!
Before that though, we are planning to release "The Big Beta" (what we are calling it) within the next 2 weeks for all beta testers to play through and test Azure Wing Part 1!
We will be allotting about 1 week for testers to thoroughly play the beta and provide feedback, once that is complete, we will implement necessary changes/updates and move forward with the public release of Azure Wing part 1!
In regards to our programmer who was hospitalized, he is still not in a state to work and won't be any time soon unfortunately.
Luckily we had a backup ready, so production was only halted by a few days(for contract work and such to be filled out)
So everything is about right on track!
Back to the character update!
This update features a newly designed Aleena Invali, sporting a modified outfit, new hair and a much more "Aleena" demeanor in her pose.
We are also revealing a new character named Eerika Eindride who will be featured in Azure Wing 2(Maybe sooner in Azure Wing 1 part 2)
Eerika is the shortest member of the cast, being a Dwarf modeled after the Norse Dark elves(Svartálfar )
Note: Aleena is also the tallest character in Azure Wing standing at approximately 6'1, with Sylvia being second at 5'11 - 6Ft.
Her color blocking and design for her hammer are still being worked on and will be featured in our patreon for those interested!
Eerika Lore
Age: 300+ (Appearance 24)
Story: A proud Dwarf, Eerika Eindride is a descendant of the Eindride brothers, a pair of twin dwarves who had a heavy hand in designing,creating and refining the weapons used by not only the Salvatores but also important figures of Etherian History.
Their handiwork is known in textbooks and kept under tight security for study to the present day, being considered treasures by the nations who hold them.
Their creations include Ellonia's Hecate modified rifle, Deneva's Rapier and most famously Sylvia Vaeros's GreatSword which was forged from the scales of Dragon king Braxus.
Eerika, a descendant of them, dreams of one day creating a weapon that can match up to her ancestors in terms of power and craftsmanship. Her own mark being left in history with the creation of a legendary weapon wielded by a legendary hero.
Using the hammer passed down her family, She has dedicated her life to perfecting her craft, going as far as abandoning her home and setting up shop at the Elven capital, a place currently embroiled in war which is any smiths playground.
While many love her work, it is often noted that she is obsessive to the point of forgetting the rest of the world exists when she is in the middle of a forge.

For Azure Wing 2, new characters will be introduced.
Out of the cast of introduced characters, we are giving backers a chance to have a hand at designing them!
Previous backer designed characters include:
Salvatore Deneva
Salvatore Ellonia
Salvatore Tor
Bolivar Caelam(Backer character entirely)
For this round of Azure Wing 2, the following characters will be available for Backer Design.
Each character will have a slot and depending on their importance to the story, the price of claiming that design may be higher.
Salvatore Solace(This design reward includes the right to name Salvatore Solace)(300$)
Known as the Hero-King, Salvatore Solace is an extremely important member of the story of Azure Wing.
Never named and always addressed by his Title of "Salvatore of Solace" or "Salvatore Solace" due to the sheer respect he has among all creatures, Azure wing 2 will reveal his name and other parts of his story.
Salvatore Umber(Tam-Lin) (250$)
The newest and least experienced of the Salvatore, he is often considered to be stalking, plotting and having a generally suspicious demeanor.
Also an important part of the Azure Wing Story
Valter (200$)
High Vampire and leader of the demon faction, Valter was one of the first to enter the war against Humanity but now is hesitant to join the Elf civil war, despite requests to do so.
Unnamed Fox girl(200$)
A fox girl which comes from a seperate more elite tribe of beastman then the Okamean, The Kitsune consider themselves the highest of the beastman species despite their low numbers.
On average they are much more powerful then a Okamean and can manipulate mana and spiritflow.
Design a character slot(1) - 400$
Design any character you like Male/Female, of any of the races within Azure Wing, write his/her connections to the cast(if any), this character will be reoccuring within the story.
This character may also be part of the past or present(cor'nobile student, current world denizen)
Note: Slots not taken(minus the design a character)

And as we mentioned earlier, this is only being made available to supporters of Azure Wing 1 and will not be on the main campaign for Azure Wing 2.

Hello!
This update is to let everyone know that we've decided to split Azure Wing into a 2 cour release!
Part 1 and Part 2!
Technically, nothing has changed for anyone here as backers will get Part 1 and Part 2 and don't need to pay extra to get part 2. What we are doing is taking what would be the full Azure Wing:Rising Gale game and splitting it into 2 parts for 1 reason.
And that's to keep interest and excitement!
We don't want anticipation to die before the game releases after all and after such a long time, we feel it would be best to work on, flesh out and then release 1/2 the story while work continues on the second half. And don't worry, the story won't be randomly cut off, it will leave off at a "Cliffhanger"(Horrible, we know, but hey, they work!)
So Part 1 will release as it's own game and then Part 2 at a later date! Part 2 isn't to be confused with Azure Wing 2: Gathering Storm. Both are part of the same package still(15$) and there is no increase in price or extra purchase necessary.
For buyers of the physical set, unfortunately those won't be going out until the second part of Azure Wing:Rising Gale releases.
What this also means is that we will be doing a large beta test session for all of Part 1's entirety. It will include a substantial chunk of extra story and we will be really driving into perfecting/fixing any problems we encounter.
Once Part 1 releases, we will also likely begin a funding kickstarter for Azure Wing:Gathering Storm Which will be the second installment of the 3 part series.
This way, we can hop straight from Azure Wing:Rising Gale production into "Azure Wing:Gathering Storm" without any sort of delay.
For those who haven't bought the 15$ full game, we will also be selling part 1 for 7.99 on itch. IO(Later steam).
Part 1 release is expected to be very soon, once beta session concludes. Hopefully you are all excited to be able to get your hands on a slice of Azure Wing soon!

No game goes without some sort of trailer, so we went ahead and created one!!

Also, due to our programmer being recently hospitalized the update to the demo and the next series of beta tests has been delayed, but it will not effect overall production.
