Exit Interview
As we finish wrapping this chapter of development and put the finishing touches on others,
we are looking to hear everyones thoughts on Azure Wing:Rising Gale.
Was it good, was it bad? Why?
What didn't you like, what could have been better.
Things of that nature.
As we begin moving forward with Azure Wing 2:Gathering Storm, we want to be able to learn from this project so that we can improve future releases!
There is no "official" document for this but we would like to hear what everyone has to say in the comments.

Azure Wing Banner Preview!
Designed to be a more action packed/intense read then Rising Gale, Gathering Storm's Banner features Claire Terja, Sylvia Vaeros, Sillia and Joan of Arc!
Speaking of Joan:
The Sassy A.I. finds herself with a physical form in "Gathering Storm". Following a series of events, Joan joins the fray, brandishing Fenix's Custom short swords Cain and Abel. Although with the help of Eerika, she has modified these to better suit her tastes.
Joan is knowledgeable and well versed in the fighting techniques, styles and tactics of every race throughout history. Using her absurdly large memory bank and processing power, Joan's only limiting factor is the strength of the parts her body is made of. Her current form is made of a similar material as the AETUS.

A quick update to let everyone know that the patch update is now live on both Itch.IO and Steam!

Hello everyone!
We are back again after a bit of time, at this point we have addressed and responded to everyone who has messaged as with problems and have had them solved! Woo!
More importantly though, A major patch is coming over to the Azure Wing:Rising Gale game.
But first, because of the status of the VO campaign, we have to unfortunately assume that it isn't going to reach it's goal, so we will begin moving forward with the next part of the plan. If we somehow reach the goal, we will take steps to implement the VO to the physical copies without hindering the current timeline we have set in the next part.
The next part being the Update patch!
Planned to be complete by this Wednesday!
The contents of the patch are as follows:
-Edit to Chapter 1 beginning(First quarter): Minor changes to in-text events/descriptions
-Edit to Chapter 5(Major): 100% increase in chapter length.
-Chapter 6 Implemented: A whole new chapter added to Azure Wing: Rising Gale
-Chapter 7 implemented(mini-chapter): A mini chapter designed to wrap up the first installment of the Azure Wing series. (called mini cause it's short).
- New Sprites: Luke(Youth) and Scarlett(School uniform)
-Text box made smaller(vertically)
-New background: Underground Lab
-New CG: Sylvia Reunion
-Minor edit to end of game sequence.
With the release of this patch, we are going to begin producing the Physical copies of Azure Wing to distribute to the backers who have ordered them!
This also means we will be begin printing and mailing of the other physical goods! For those wondering, physical goods was on hold in order to prevent multiple packages from being sent to the same person.
Now everyone should receive all their rewards all at once! Once complete orders get to us, we will mail them out.
Also, with the final touches onto Azure Wing:Rising Gale being made, we are going to begin the Kickstarter Campaign for Azure Wing: Gathering Storm!
Teasers for Gathering storm include a look outside of the realm of the elves and meeting the other sovereign Etherian nations!!
Players will also meet a few new characters including these two!
Shizune the Kitsune and the Dwarf Eerika!
A Vagabond(former) and a Blacksmith join the party!
Below is also a sneak peek at a robo-girl!
Who is she? That's a secret but her two swords are named Cain and Abel!
Hopefully you are all as excited as we are!

We are excited to announce that Azure Wing's Voice Over campaign is now live!
We have included rewards for new and old backers alike and as it continues, we will be revealing new VA's!!
The first VA set to be revealed is none of then Joan of Arc, so be sure to keep an eye on that!

Also, at this point, we hope everyone has received their copy of Azure Wing, we have responded to all messages by this time.
And finally, Azure Wing's expansion script has been completed and we are now going through and rewriting some of the dialogue for characters to give them more of a unique individual voice.

Important Update! Game Extension, Distribution, Voice over?!

In todays update we will start by looking at a problem we've seen.
That problem being distribution. As far as our knowledge goes, all keys for Itch.IO has been sent out to all backers and steam keys have been sent to those who requested them.
If you have yet to receive a steam key or itch key for the main game, please send us a message so we can fix it as soon as possible. This also applies to the digital artbook and soundtrack.
Game Extension
After reading feedback, we decided to make modifications to the currently released game. These modifications will come in the form of an update and will come at no extra cost as mentioned previously.
Specifically Chapter 5 will be extended and a Chapter 6 will be implemented. Depending on how things progress, we might expand into chapter 7+.
Due to budget restraints we are having to play around alot and get creative on how we go about this though.
With that in mind we are accepting Donations from anyone willing to assist us take the final step for this game. We will be adding a special section in the end game credits for those who donate, regardless of the amount. Funds will go to hiring a new editor for a full overhaul and grammatical perfection of the script, New backgrounds(about 1 or 2) for the extension, new sprites which will include Salvatore Tor, Tam-lin and a new antagonist, as well a few new outfits for existing characters(possible poses). New CG's(1-3) and finally the cost of programming it all into the game.
Otherwise, this extension will be funded with funds gained from sales which currently sits at about 100 units(1000$ before steam takes their 30% cut and the publisher cut).
keep in mind this isn't Azure Wing 2, but it will drive the cost down for Azure Wing 2 when that campaign launches. The reason for this is because sprites and backgrounds are recyclable in a series, we also don't want to start Azure Wing 2's campaign until these problems with Azure Wing: Rising Gale are fixed.
Voice Over
We have had multiple requests and questions for Voice over for Azure Wing.
We have selected cast members to do this but a budget wasn't set aside for this. With that in mind we are wondering if running a "Voice Over addition" campaign would be something people would be interested in backing.
We don't know what the rewards would be, so we are also looking for suggestions(VA signatures?)
Other
We are also in talks with Japanese Company "Mikandi Japan" who has shown interest in our project. What this will lead to we are unsure but it is exciting to see them take interest in our small little saga!
